36 1/2 weeks - only 3 1/2 to go!!!

Good News!

Sorry I haven't posted this sooner, but little Addison is wonderful! We went to our appointment on Tuesday and she weighed (based on the ultrasound) 5lb 110z - this can be off by a pound, but currently she is in the 29th percentile in weight. The doctor says this is good, she's just going to be small and "dainty" which is great with her momma!! Thank you so much for all your prayers - only a little over 3 weeks to go!! Love you all!

Update on Addison

For those of you I haven't talked to in a few weeks, we went for my regular appointment a couple weeks ago and when the doctor measured my belly, Addison was measuring smaller than she should (I was 33 weeks and she was measuring only 30). Heartbeat and movements were great, but since she was outside the "norm" they wanted to check her a little closer. They sheduled us for a growth ultrasounds which we thought was supposed to be this week, but after getting up at 5am and driving to Johnson City by 7:30am, her mommy had a blonde moment and the appointment is actually next week (Feb 10). So, with a few tears (of course since I'm pregnant, slightly emotional, and treasure every ounce of sleep I get!) Zach and I headed off for a long day of work. We will update you next Tuesday with the results of the ultrasound.....just keep little girl in your prayers!

Finally - Addison's Room

After many requests, I have finally posted a few baby room pics...I still have a floor lamp to add that needs a shade but other than that we are ready for Addison to take her place in her new room! Again, I have to give much thanks and appreciation to my mom and sister for their amazing painting job!!

This is the bassinet from nana - it won't stay in the baby room, but I can't bring myself to put it in our room just yet - I figure it will have plenty of time in there when she gets here!

OK - don't make fun - you all KNOW I am a clothes hog and it looks like Addison may be too! Half of these we got from a fabulous consignment sale, but I do have to admit I've bought quite a few - it's too hard to resist those ADORABLE little girl clothes!

Beautiful Shower

These lovely ladies threw an absolutely BEAUTIFUL baby shower for us this past weekend. It was SO much fun and we are so thankful for all the baby goodies we received! In order pictured below are Ashley (she's due in four weeks!), my sister Whitney (ultimate baby room painter and event planner), Emily (best friend from Nashville), and Amy (best friend from Memphis and 10 weeks behind me..aka Preggo #3!)

New Belly Pics

OK - we took these pictures a few weeks ago but things have been crazy with showers, new office, etc. so I am just getting them posted. I did get brave and post another bare belly picture but only because you can't get the fill appreciation for how BIG it is under the shirt!! These were taken at about 30 weeks...I'm 32 weeks now - only 8 to go!
